Terms of Use of ZulePay Third-Party Services
Last updated: 9 September 2026 · Version: 1.0.0 · Effective date: 9 September 2026
1. About this document
These terms of use ("Third-Party Services Terms") govern your access to and use of third-party services and mini-apps — such as ordering, travel, bookings and similar services (each a "Third-Party Service") — offered by third-party providers ("Providers") through the ZulePay app. They apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions ("General Terms"), the Wallet Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. If there is a conflict, the General Terms prevail unless these Third-Party Services Terms provide otherwise. Capitalised terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the General Terms.
2. The service
- The third-party section of the ZulePay app presents Third-Party Services for discovery, ordering and payment. A Third-Party Service may be presented as a mini-app, a link or an embedded experience within the ZulePay app.
- The catalogue of Third-Party Services and Providers may change from time to time. Listing is not an endorsement of a Provider, its goods or its services.
- Availability of specific Third-Party Services may vary by device, platform and location.
3. Our role — platform and intermediary
- ZulePay acts as a platform and intermediary: we make Third-Party Services discoverable and enable payments for them from your wallet. We are not the provider, manufacturer, seller or supplier of the goods or services offered by Providers.
- Unless expressly stated, ZulePay is not a party to the contract for a Third-Party Service. That contract is between you and the Provider, and is governed by the Provider's own terms.
- Descriptions, prices, availability, delivery and quality of goods and services are the responsibility of the Provider.
4. Providers' own terms
- When you use a Third-Party Service, the Provider's own user terms, conditions and policies apply to that service and are shown to you before you transact ("Provider Terms"). Please read them.
- Where Provider Terms conflict with these Third-Party Services Terms in relation to that service, the Provider Terms govern the service itself (quality, delivery, cancellations by the Provider), while these terms and the General Terms continue to govern your use of the ZulePay app and wallet.
5. Payments, refunds and disputes
- When you pay for a Third-Party Service, your Main Wallet is debited per the Wallet Terms and the payment is transmitted to the Provider. Applicable fees, if any, are shown before you confirm.
- Refunds for a Third-Party Service (order cancelled, service not delivered and similar) are the Provider's responsibility in the first instance. Where the Provider instructs a refund through the platform, it is credited to your Main Wallet per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Disputes about goods, services, delivery, quality or charges are between you and the Provider. We will reasonably assist you with transaction records and, where possible, route your complaint to the Provider.
- Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be contracted away.
6. Data sharing and consent
- To place and fulfil an order, limited information about you (such as your name, contact details, delivery address and order details, as applicable) is shared with the Provider — only after you are shown what will be shared and you consent at the point of use.
- Providers process your data under their own privacy policies for their service. Please review the Provider's privacy policy before using a Third-Party Service.
- Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023.
7. Notice, takedown and provider management
- We may suspend, delist or remove a Provider or Third-Party Service from the platform at any time — including on reports of unlawful content or conduct, fraud, poor service, consumer complaints or breach of these terms — without liability to you or the Provider.
- Orders already placed before removal continue to be governed by the Provider Terms and applicable law.
- If you believe a Third-Party Service is unlawful, infringing or misleading, please report it to support@zulepay.com; we will review and act as appropriate.
8. App stores and platform rules
- If you access a Third-Party Service through the ZulePay app installed from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store's terms also apply (see Section 31 of the General Terms).
- Purchases processed by a store's in-app payment systems (if any) are governed by that store's billing and refund practices.
9. Liability
- ZulePay is not liable for the acts, omissions, goods or services of Providers, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability, to the extent it applies, is as set out in the General Terms (Sections 24–26).
- You indemnify us per Section 26 of the General Terms in respect of disputes with Providers attributable to your conduct.
