1. About this document

These terms ("Newsletter Terms") govern your subscription to and use of the ZulePay newsletter ("Newsletter") operated by USR Enterprises Private Limited. They apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. What the Newsletter is

  1. The Newsletter is an email communication containing product updates, feature announcements, offers, tips and other news about ZulePay, sent to subscribers who consent to receive it.
  2. Transactional communications are separate. Messages essential to your use of the Services — OTPs, transaction receipts, security notices, legal notices — are not marketing communications and are not affected by unsubscribing from the Newsletter.
  1. We send the Newsletter only to users who have provided consent (or, where applicable law permits another lawful basis, on that basis), in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable telecom and anti-spam rules.
  2. By subscribing, you consent to receive the Newsletter at the email address provided. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  3. If you are a ZulePay account holder, Newsletter consent preferences are managed in your profile; the Newsletter is never a condition of using the Services.

4. Unsubscribing

  1. Every Newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe from your profile settings or by writing to support@zulepay.com.
  2. Unsubscribe requests are processed promptly (typically within a few business days); messages already in transit may still arrive.

5. Content and no binding offers

  1. Newsletter content is informational. Descriptions of features, availability, fees, limits or offers in the Newsletter are indicative and subject to change; the prevailing terms are those in the app, on zulepay.com and in these legal documents.
  2. The Newsletter may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Amendments and contact

  1. We may update these Newsletter Terms; material changes will be notified per Section 28 of the General Terms.
  2. Questions, grievances and data-related requests follow the Privacy Policy and Section 29 of the General Terms.
